Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee and typically takes 2-3 business days.
International Shipping:
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times and costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Issues:
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact our customer service team at [your email address] as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Entrepreneurpoly. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process:
Return Period:
You may return any item within 30 days of purchase—no questions asked.
The item must be in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at me@igorvainshtein.com with your order number and reason for return (if you'd like to provide one).
We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
For all other returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards, downloadable software products, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
